The following documents contain language required to be used for procurement of supplies or services using funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). Substitutions and/or additions to the standard templates must be made in preparing solicitations funded in whole or in part by ARRA money.
The ARRA cover page must be substituted for the cover page found in the associated solicitation template. Instructions indicating where the additional language should be placed in the particular solicitation document are included with each document.
